The multidisciplinary Neuromuscular team has developed a series of information sheets for the families of children with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and Peripheral Neuropathy. These outline the kinds of tests that are required on a regular basis and describe the input from physiotherapy and occupational therapy that forms such a vital component of care.

It is anticipated that similar resources will be developed for families of children who have other forms of muscular dystrophy.
